About
The 23rd Seosan Haemi Eupseong Festival will be held from October 9 to 11, 2026, at Seosan Haemieupseong Walled Town. Under this year’s theme, “HAEMI UNIVERSE: 1421, The Gate of Time Opens,” the festival draws on the fortress’s 600-year history through performances and hands-on activities inspired by the site and its stories. Highlights include King Taejong’s Gangmu Procession, the Daedong Fortress Construction Procession, a themed performance, a drone light show, a Black Eagles flyover, and Haemi the Classic. Visitors can also take part in RPG: Return to Haemi, try on traditional costumes, and enjoy horseback riding, traditional Korean archery, and calligraphy. After dark, light projections…
