"창경궁 야연"은 효명세자가 아버지 순조에게 올렸던 지극한 효심의 연회를 현대적으로 재해석한 가족 친화적 야간 궁중 연회 프로그램이다. 참가자는 조선시대 문무백관과 외명부가 되어 궁중 복식을 갖춰 입고 연회에 참여하여, 동반한 가족과 함께 궁중 병과를 맛보고 전통 공연 관람과 다채로운 전통 체험 프로그램에 참여한다. 2026년 은 상반기 5월 7일(목)-5월 17일(일) / 하반기 9월 24일(목)-10월 4일(일) 총 20일간 진행된다. 어버이날과 추석 연휴, 사랑하는 가족들과 고궁의 밤을 거닐며 아름다운 시간을 기록할 수 있다.
