About

Uicheon Stream, which flows from Bukhansan Mountain — Gangbuk-gu’s signature tourist attraction — is part of residents’ everyday lives and, thanks to its easy access, draws many visitors from outside the area. Combining culture and tourism that reflect the stream’s character and the local identity, this festival presents a new lifestyle unique to Gangbuk-gu. Strolling along the stream as naturally as flowing water, you can enjoy natural scenery, residents’ daily life, arts and culture, and local shops — all at Gangbuk-gu’s signature waterside tourism and lifestyle festival.
