About

Gumi's food festival began in October 2022 to comfort residents and small business owners who had made it through the long, hard tunnel of COVID-19 in their masks, and to bring new energy to the local economy. Enjoying the pleasant autumn breeze, crowds gathered at Songjeong Food Street (Gwangpyeong parking lot, Songjeong-dong) in the heart of downtown Gumi, sharing delicious food and fun performances with family, partners and friends in a lively, romantic atmosphere. With over 200 dishes, the largest menu around, you can savor all kinds of flavors (gumi, 口味 — a pun on the city's name), and plenty of activities for kids make it one of Gumi's signature festivals for all ages.
