About
‘Culture Day’ is an arts support program that brings culture to areas with limited access to it, such as islands, remote and border regions, industrial complexes and culturally underserved communities. Young and senior performance teams stage a variety of street performances in familiar everyday spaces, giving everyone an easy chance to experience and enjoy culture locally. Bringing art directly to where it’s needed and sharing the value of culture, the program delivers special cultural experiences to people’s daily lives across the Seoul metropolitan and Gangwon regions from June to October.
