The 2026 Seogwipo Old Downtown Culture Festival is a series of nighttime cultural performances on Lee Jung-seop-ro in Seogwipo. Under dazzling lights, music, dance, performance art and other genres offer plenty to see. The festival runs every Friday to Sunday at 7 PM from April 11 through October 30.
