‘경주에 평화온:담’은 2026년 통일부의 하반기 평화·통일문화행사로, 역사·문화예술도시 경주에서 지역주민과 예술가, 관광객이 함께 어우러지며 평화·통일의 의미를 일상 속에서 체감하는 문화행사이다. 첨성대 옆 잔디광장을 배경으로 경주의 역사·문화와 연계한 다양한 체험에 참여하며, 가족·이웃과 이야기를 나누고 평화·통일을 새롭게 생각해 보는 시간을 마련한다. 행사장에서는 남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있는 만들기 체험과 공연, 현장 이벤트가 진행되며, 함께 웃고 만들고 나누는 작은 경험을 통해 천년의 역사가 살아 숨 쉬는 경주에서 오늘의 평화를 느끼고 내일의 평화를 그려 보는 따뜻한 축제의 장이 될 것이다.
