우란문화재단의 두 번째 섬유기획전 《안식의 결 Texture of Rest》은 정보와 관계의 홍수 속에서 자아를 상실해 가는 현대인에게 섬유의 고유한 물성인 '연결'과 '인내'를 매개로 흩어진 자아를 다시 '직조'하는 시간을 건넨다. 이번 전시에서 섬유는 단순한 감상의 대상을 벗어나, 우리 내면의 문턱을 넘어, 고통의 심연을 정직하게 관통하며, 진정한 평안으로 나아가는 '살아있는 치유의 여정'을 선사한다. 이는 고통을 외면하는 것이 아니라 마주할 때 비로소 진정한 평안을 마주할 수 있음을 시사한다. 외부의 소음을 잠시 끄고 자신의 내면과 밀도 높게 대화하며, 마침내 도달할 정화된 안식의 결을 경험해 볼 수 있는 전시이다.
