About
The 3rd Chudo Island Film Festival is a community-driven island film festival held on Chudo, a beautiful island off Tongyeong. Created together by island villagers and artists, it offers the special experience of watching films to the sound of waves under a starry night sky. Screenings take place both at an outdoor theater by the night sea and indoors, featuring residency films made by directors who stayed on Chudo, as well as feature and short films themed on "longing" and "nature." Beyond the screenings, there is a wide range of programs: the "Ibagu Trekking" walk where you stroll with locals and hear island stories (ibagu means "story" in the local dialect), a "Sunset Dining" meal of seas…
