About
Dance of Revolution boldly breaks away from conventional dramatic storytelling and is made up of eight independent scenes. Each scene sheds light on fragmentary moments one might encounter in the midst of a revolution, without being linked by cause and effect. Yet the lines and sounds, objects and light repeated persistently on stage, together with the actors' precise movements, bring the work's hidden structure to the surface. Through these recurring patterns, the audience senses how the scenes connect organically beyond the story itself, opening up a new experience that expands the horizons of theater.
