About
The Dongducheon Book Culture Festival is a cultural festival where everyone can enjoy and connect through books and reading. There's something for the whole family: a special guest lecture by Dr. Lim Young-ju, performances by a wind orchestra, the Dongducheon City Choir and a magic bubble show, a children's reading quiz (Reading Golden Bell), and "human library" hands-on booths run by local workshops. At the book market with local bookstores and publishers, you can browse books across many genres and enjoy discovering new titles. Adding culture and hands-on fun to the joy of reading, it offers a special day where kids and adults alike can relax, take part and get closer to books.
