누구나 자신의 속도로 즐기는 주말 아침, ‘쉬엄쉬엄모닝’이 열린다. 걷기·달리기·자전거는 물론 유아차와 반려견 동반까지, 자신의 체력에 맞춰 원하는 방식으로 참여할 수 있는 서울형 아침 운동 프로그램이다. 기록과 순위에 대한 부담 없이 운동을 즐기며 서울의 아침을 만나는 시간이다. 2026년 10월 18일부터 11월 29일까지 광진교·잠실대교·서강대교 일대에서 총 6회 운영한다. 서울의 대교와 한강공원을 무대로 도심과 한강의 풍경을 따라 걷고 달리며, 익숙한 공간의 새로운 매력을 느낄 수 있다. 현장에서는 전문 강사와 함께하는 GX 프로그램과 자신의 체력 수준을 확인하는 ‘찾아가는 서울체력장’도 함께 즐길 수 있다. 혼자서도, 가족·친구와 함께해도 좋다. 운동을 처음 시작하는 시민부터 평소 운동을 즐기는 시민까지 누구나 부담 없이 참여할 수 있다. 참여는 별도 사전 신청 없이 행사 당일 현장 접수로 진행한다. 회차별 장소와 코스, 프로그램은 공식 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
