2026 국민건강 리부트! 마음건강 걷기대회는 국민건강보험공단 대전세종충청지역본부가 주최하는 시민 참여형 건강증진 행사로 2026년 11월 14일(토) 세종중앙공원 도시축제마당 일원에서 개최하는 행사이다. 세종시민을 비롯한 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 약 800명을 대상으로 진행할 예정이다. 이번 행사는 일상 속 걷기 실천을 통해 신체적·정신적 건강의 중요성을 알리고, 시민들의 건강한 생활습관 형성과 마음건강 증진을 도모하기 위한 것이다. 참가자들은 세종중앙공원에서 출발해 국립세종수목원을 포함한 약 5km의 걷기코스를 함께 걸으며 자연 속에서 몸과 마음을 환기하는 시간을 갖게 된다. 또한 국립세종수목원 무료입장 혜택과 기념품을 제공하고, 건강·복지 관련 체험 및 홍보부스와 참여형 이벤트 등 다채로운 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다. 이를 통해 시민들의 건강관리의 중요성을 자연스럽게 체감하고, 건강보험의 예방중심 건강관리 서비스를 경험하도록 하는 데 목적이 있다.
