The Daejeon Seo-gu Art Festival is a celebration of light, culture, and the arts unfolding in the area in front of the Seo-gu District Office. Launched in 2016, the Daejeon Seo-gu Art Festival is a cultural and arts festival featuring the latest trends and a diverse lineup of cultural and arts programs.
