육군 제2군단과 춘천시가 함께하는 'K-밀리터리 페스티벌: 춘천대첩'이 10월 9일(금)부터 10월 11일(일)까지 3일간 춘천 수변공원 일원에서 개최된다. 6·25전댕 초기 춘건 일대에서 펼쳐진 춘천지구전투의 역사적 의미를 되새기고, 호국영령과 참전용사들의 희생과 헌신을 기리는 뜻깊은 행사이다. 전승기녕행사를 비롯해 다양한 공연과 전시, 군 장비 체험, 시민 참여 프로그램 등이 마련되어 있어 온 가족이 함께 호국의 의미를 배우고 즐길 수 있다.
