About
The 2026 Mediterranean Village Culture Festival is an arts and culture festival held on October 31, 2026 around Mediterranean Village in Tangjeong-myeon, Asan, South Chungcheong Province. Under the theme 'Blooming Day – Art and Markets in the Alleys', it features programs that use the village's alleys and streets, including arts and culture activities, a flea market and street performances. Main programs include a themed-alley stamp tour, the Mediterranean Village flea market, a street parade, street theater and busking. The stamp tour runs in five alleys such as Painters' Street, Treasure Street and Courage Street, with activities reflecting each alley's character, such as urban sketching, caricatures, workshop crafts and an Odyssey-inspired game. The flea market is planned with 42 stalls centered on Parthenon-gil, with local shops and outside sellers taking part. …
